Sleeping Beauties

I am getting so excited for our trip up to see Sara, Matt and the new baby, Isabella! It's all I can think about and talk about. If you have been able to hang out with me lately you would know that! I think some of you must be getting sick of hearing me talk about "Canada"!

Seeing pictures like this one are sure to push me over the edge! This is just the sweetest thing I have ever seen! There is nothing like a good nap along side the your most adored person....and for Sara napping is HUGE! This girl LOVES her sleep, it looks like her daughter is taking after her! LOL!

Highlighting Gram~

Hi all,

Just was thinking about my Gram, and how I hear she likes to read my little blog (but that I don't update it enough.. or so I hear). So I thought I would just share her with you. She is one of the most amazing people in my life. She is beautiful and a genuinely good and kind person. She loves to garden (she grows HUGE tomatoes), and loves traveling. She has been more places than I can only hope to go. I think my goal will be to match her record in countries traveled! What do you say Gram, you think I can do it?!
Anyway, she is very special to me, and lives pretty far away (VA) so I thought it would be nice to highlight her today and to let her know I am thinking about her...I am thinking about you Gram!!! Lots of love!!!! We just ordered your gift for Christmas, I can't wait for you to get it!!!

NEw YOrk, NEw YoRk!

Doesn't that make you want to sing?!

SOOOOOOOOO... it's 5:50 am and I have been up for 30minutes b/c I couldn't sleep based on the fact that I have sooo much to do before I leave for New York at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow morning. I will be spending 6 days there instead of my usual 5, for work. People tell me " you are so lucky, that is so cool, new york!" and I am like "think again! I work the ENTIRE time!" I have been to new york close to a dozen times and have only been to ground zero and only driven through time square. I could see the Empire state building from the roof of one of the hotels I stayed at once, but that is about as close as I got to it. Honestly, like my dad says, I want to take a couple extra days and go out early (so the company can pay for my flights!!!hahaha) and explore the city, take in a musical on Broadway, do all the "Touristy" stuff!
Ok enough crying for one day. I most likely won't post tonight, so farewell for 6 days, and I will tell you about all my adventures when I get back!
